NCCA - Religious Education Syllabus

This syllabus provides students with a framework for understanding the variety of religious traditions in Ireland and elsewhere.  It offers opportunities to develop an informed and critical understanding of the Christian tradition and seeks to develop in students the skills needed to engage in meaningful dialogue with those of other, or of no, religious traditions.

Veritas is Ireland’s leading religious publisher and retailer. They publish over 40 books each year in the areas of theology, scripture, prayer, spirituality, parenting, counselling, children’s issues, social commentary and liturgical resource. They also publish religious education texts for primary and post-primary schools.

PDST Religious Education

PDST provides continuingprofessional development and support through its team of teachers, primary and post-primary, seconded from their schools to work with the PDST. The Technology in Education team bring technical and pedagogical knowledge and skills to the organisation to provide a wide array of supports for schools
